Hyatt Place Richmond Airport Hotel, Richmond

My stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The rooms were large, very clean, and conveniently located near everything I needed. However, the door didn't lock properly, which was a bit concerning. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very helpful and even offering us fruit, dessert, and refreshments. The location was great, close to many restaurants and a shopping center, although it did get a bit rough after dark. The facilities were well-kept, offering everything I needed during my stay.

The hotel offers clean rooms with a great view, but some noise from the parking lot and nearby fire station. The service is accommodating, though not fully prepared for peak occupancy. Its location provides easy access to shops and restaurants, but can be noisy due to highways nearby. The dining options vary, but may not appeal every day.
